Postpartum Doula Support
A postpartum doula provides nourishing physical + emotional support in your home so that you can rest, heal, restore, rebalance, and tend to your newborn. Receive support and education as you get to know yourself again and as you take space to process your birth and release emotions from your body. Physical healing + recovery, newborn care, lactation + infant feeding, sleep, mental health and family dynamics are some of the most common topics and areas of support.
Share, ask questions, be held, and be celebrated in the difficulties and the joys of the transition you are in.
I offer a 30-45 minute virtual or in-person Meet + Greet to all inquiring clients so that we can get to know each other, determine if we are a good fit, and ensure our schedules align so that I can serve you best!
Postpartum Packages include prenatal home visits, postpartum + early parenthood education, physical + emotional support after birth, non-clinical patient advocacy if applicable and requested, and postpartum infant + parent care for the first few weeks, months, and sometimes longer.
Postpartum Package #1 includes 1 Prenatal Intake Session, 1 Postpartum Planning Visit, In-Person Support within the first 24-72 hours postpartum, and 6 Postpartum Support Visits
Postpartum Package #2 includes 1 Prenatal Intake Session, 2 Postpartum Planning Visits, In-Person Support within the first 24-72 hours postpartum, and 10 Postpartum Support Visits within the first 2 months
Postpartum Package #3 includes 1 Prenatal Intake Session, 1 Postpartum Planning Visit, In-Person Support within the first 24-72 hours postpartum, 2 Weekly Postpartum Support Visits for the first month, and 4 Overnight Support Sessions

I work with each family individually to serve their specific needs. We will meet prenatally for two or more Postpartum Planning Sessions, I will be on call to meet you within the first few hours or first few days after your birth (your preference) to check-in, offer support + education, and answer questions, and we will create a flexible Postpartum Support Schedule together.
